How often is HomeSift updated with new listings?
We sync new listings from Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket each morning at 05:00 UK time. Your daily digest lands around 08:00.
Why do I only see 3 matches a day?
Free accounts see up to 3 new matches per day. Pro subscribers (£7.99/month) get unlimited matches, price tracking, instant alerts, and notes on saved properties.
When I tap a listing, why do I leave the app?
HomeSift doesn’t handle enquiries or viewings directly. Tapping through takes you to the original portal (Rightmove, Zoopla, etc.) so you can contact the agent on the platform they already use.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Profile → Subscription in the app and tap “Manage subscription”. You’ll be taken to the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel, pause, or update your payment method.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Account → Delete account. This removes your personal data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first.
A listing looks wrong / is a duplicate / is sold already
Our data comes from public portals and we dedupe and refresh daily, but mistakes slip through. Tap the report icon on the card, or email us with a screenshot — we’ll get it corrected.
